4. Roles and Deal Flow

  • Sender: The party sending cryptocurrency to escrow. Typically the buyer in a transaction.
  • Receiver: The party receiving cryptocurrency from escrow. Typically the seller in a transaction.
  • Both parties must confirm deal details before the invoice is generated.
  • After funding, the sender marks the deal as 'complete' to initiate payout to the receiver.
  • Selecting the wrong role may result in loss of funds. Double-check before confirming.

5. Warranties

  • Warranties allow time for the sender to verify they received the off-chain goods or services before releasing funds.
  • During the warranty period, funds remain locked in escrow.
  • Once the warranty period ends, the sender must type 'complete' to release funds.
  • Disputes during warranty periods should be directed to support via Telegram.
  • Warranty terms must be agreed upon by both parties before the deal begins.

6. Fund Safety

  • We guarantee the safety of all funds while they are held in our escrow system.
